You can add your own twist to it, add any veggies that you have in your fridge.

In a large pan, add 1tsp of cooking oil and fry the pork and beef until brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Drain out the oil and set aside.
Add the sesame oil and fry the chilli, garlic, and ginger. Fry until fragrant and add the brown sugar.
Add the meat back into the pan, add the fish sauce, lime zest and juice, stir well and finally add your green onions.
Serve with baby Boston lettuce. Enjoy
