I’m all about easy, fast, healthy, and affordable recipes. This is a very satisfying lunch idea. It’s also gluten free and you won’t feel guilty abut chowing down on it.

Ingredients
- 1 lbs minced beef
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 red chili with seeds
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 green onion
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 lime zest
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 Boston lettuce
Instructions
- In a large wok, add cooking oil and fry the beef until brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Drain out the oil and set aside.
- Add the sesame oil and fry the chilli, garlic, and ginger. Fry until fragrant and add the brown sugar.
- Add the meat back into the pan, add the fish sauce, lime zest and juice, stir well and finally add your green onions.
- Serve with baby Boston lettuce. Enjoy
