Spicy Asian Lettuce Wraps

Spicy Asian Lettuce Wraps

  • 1 lbs minced beef
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 red chili with seeds
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 Tbsp ginger
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 lime zest
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 Boston lettuce


  • In a large wok, add cooking oil and fry the beef until brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Drain out the oil and set aside.
  • Add the sesame oil and fry the chilli, garlic, and ginger. Fry until fragrant and add the brown sugar.
  • Add the meat back into the pan, add the fish sauce, lime zest and juice, stir well and finally add your green onions.
  • Serve with baby Boston lettuce. Enjoy
