Homemade Tomato Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 g tomatoes (1 can)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 2 Tbsp coriander fresh
  • 2 Tbsp carrot
  • 2 Tbsp celery
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  • In a food processor throw in all the ingredients except the tomatoes. Pulse and blend until you get a finely diced mixture.
  • Pour it into a bowl. In the food processor, put the tomatoes tomatoes. Pulse about 5 times, only until it is roughly chopped. Pour it into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix well, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve with corn chips.
