If you don’t like tartar sauce, its because you haven’t had a good one yet! Please don’t try any store bought ones, its so easy to make it yourself and nothing compared to the jarred stuff. Pairs perfectly with fish, check out my mahi mahi receipe below.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp horseradish
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 Tbsp dill fresh
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Finely chop the capers and dill.
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Keep chilled until ready to use.
Notes
You can keep the tartar sauce in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
