- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Asian pear or apple
- 3 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- I like to portion out my yogurt and put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer. I do the same with the pears.
- Blend all the ingredients together, using a blender, Vitamix, or Nutribullet.
