So easy and delicious. I like making this in the summer as a quick breakfast plus it has caffeine to wake me up!
You can use any milk you prefer. Sometimes I like to use soy milk.

I like to portion out my yogurt and put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer. I do the same with the pears.
Blend all the ingredients together, using a blender, Vitamix, or Nutribullet.
