Would you like some heat with that? This is a spicy, fresh herb sauce that goes well with everything. I made it as a dipping sauce for some chicken taquitos, and I had some left over so I also used it with breaded fish fillets. It would also pair great with anything you grill on the BBQ this summer.
You can adjust the heat by keeping all the seeds in the peppers or removing them for a more mild flavour.

Ingredients
- 2 Jalapeño
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 lime zest
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise optional
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients except for the mayo in a small food processor. Blend to a smooth sauce.
- Stir in the mayo, and taste for seasoning. Adjust with salt if needed.
