Haitian Pikliz

If you like spicy food, this Haitian pikliz will give your taste buds a kick! This is a condiment that is accompanied with the popular Haitian dish called “griot” its just like your average coleslaw but very spicy. Of course, when you make it at home you can adjust the amount of chillies depending on the amount of heat you can handle. It also goes great with subs, hot-dogs, hamburgers, basically anything where you would add coleslaw.

I have been trying to find a recipe for the piklez since my mother in law passed away. Unfortunately she want one to teach cooking. Her comment was always to watch her. Well I had a general idea. But thanks so much for the recipe.
