Ingredients
- 3 avocado
- 1 lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro fresh
- 1/2 jalapeño
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 cup tomato
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 salt
- 1/4 pepper
Instructions
- Dice, onion, tomato, jalapeño. Put it in a large bowl.
- Finely chop the cilantro and add to the bowl. Add the salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Cut and scoop out the avocados. Squeeze one lime over the mixture. Using a potato masher or a fork , start mashing the avocados leaving chunks of avocado. (I used my potato masher and I only mashed it 6 times.) Make sure you have mixed it well, then plate and serve immediately.
Notes
- If you do not plan to use it right away, keep it in a metal or glass bowl, use plastic wrap and press it against the guacamole making sure there is no air that can go in. make sure to seal it all around the sides of the bowl.
- Can keep for 2 days.
