I use this Creole seasoning most when I am making griot with red beans and rice. It can also be used as a seasoning for grilling meats, or roasting vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp cayenne
- 1 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp tyme
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in an airtight jar and shake well.
