Yes! Another successful tuna tataki recipe done. I am loving the freshness of tuna tartars/tataki/steaks, especially since we are having warmer weather, makes a perfect light supper. This was a very easy recipe. Its the first time that I tried making brandy cream sauce and I was very surprised that it turned out this delicious! Stay tuned I will have the recipe up by next week!
